Lemon Pledge as a cleaner?

The wipes would work if they are very fine in makeup, but it may be more cost efficient to use Pledge in the spray can and a nice micro fiber towel that does not leave any scratches.

I tried the pledge wipes once and is a waste of time because they tear easily and don't do as good a job as spray and towel.

Tried it this weekend, if you make sure to buff out your shield there ain't nothin' that will stick to your windshield.

I hadn't cleaned the windshield in about 3 months and everything just wiped off like it was fresh. Of course, since I had just cleaned it the ride i went on was met with a plethora of small bugs VERY interested in finding out what smacking into a windshield is like!

i like to use windex with no ammonia. Then i go over with lemon pledge or spray turtle wax.

I've used plexus and pledge but by far the best and best bang 4 the buck is Honda spray cleaner and polish. You can get it online for 5.99 a can. It lasts almost as long as plexus and 10 times as much as pledge

Although I do wash mine often using McGuires wash, I use pledge regularly for wipedowns, and love it. No issues to date. Also learned this from car show guys.

For me, the biggest "plus" was how easily bugs wiped off. KInda like having a Teflon coated windshield !! For tougher, sun-baked bugs, just spray a little extra directly on the affected area, give it 30 seconds, and wipe away !! Great product.
