Yes Scott, I aced the white walls after a flat tire left me stranded. I also thought the bike needed a new look so I bought a new set of Michelins. So far I like them.

btw..Scott, that road was Hwy 94 from Rancho San Diego to Campo in east San Diego County, very close to the Mexican border. It's a great road for riding.
