Same problem here. I'm checking the mounts again this weekend, not sure where else to go.

Mike, check your front pulley and spline, More than one person has had a problem with them.
It's really easy to access, Just a few bolt-on's cover it.
RRKR, does it vibrate when the bike is not moving? I can clutch mine, start it and rev it up and feel it(never releasing the clutch). It transmits through the floorboards more than anywhere else.
Smedlin, that being said I don't think its the front pulley, but thanks anyway.
One thing about a two cylinder engine is that each cylinder must pull its own weight cleanly and strongly or vibration is the result.
Check the spark plugs and post back what you see.
Also, any modifications...pipes, fuel mapper, etc?
At some point I will find the problem and fix it. I just wondered if anyone else had the same problem, and if so, what it was.
I have seen guys do (exploratory surgery) repairs on bikes, cars, tractors, whatever.........and spent big $$$$ and still not find the exact problem until it breaks, and they have wasted all the down time and money anyway. I don't ride all that much anyway, but I'll have to, to be able to figure out the problem.
For the most part I have no confidence in dealers/mechanics in diagnosing and fixing stuff like this
