Default Drag Bars

Anyone running drag bars out there? The stock bars just aren't comfortable for me. I had them on my cb650 & spirit750. I'm thinking a 30 inch wide bar & 3 1/2 inch risers with 1 inch of pull back.

I just ordered some off another member.

They're 32" bars with I believe 3" or 3.5" risers. Can't recall the pull back right now.

I'll let you know how they go though.

Thanks 4dgs. That would be great. I've been looking around. Tool some measurements last night. I think I might have to go with 5 inch risers to clear the tank, like these

Yea the bars I picked up came with some risers for a pretty solid price, not sure if they will be enough to clear the tank though as the bars mount pretty low on these bikes.

Meanstreak 1600 bars. Those have like a 5" rise, 3" pullback. Solid one piece construction basically w welded risers, spacers on risers is 3.5" as well

Default Sportster setup

I used a riser and bars off of a harley sportster. the riser was a little tricky since i had to use coupling nuts to make the riser fit, but it looks great and it feels much more comfortable. Plus It's as high as it will go without having to extend the cables

rludingt, do you have a pic of the set up? I'm guessing you don't have any clearance issues with the tank. Thanks

Thanks for the pics. Looks good. I think I should be good then. Bars are here, waiting on the risers.
