You can fit a 240 on the stock rim. However, it's going to "pinch" the sides in, and from the back, you won't see any real differance.
If you had an an aftermarket 240 rim, it would not pinch it in, and you would see the bigger difference.
If your asking about what the absolute biggest tire that can be used is. That would be a 250.
Yes, you can fit a 250 tire in the swing arm of the V2k. However, you can't use the stock rear fender (or the stock wheel.).
There are rear fenders you can buy for it though.
