The bike has a wining noise in the rear end. 3 different shops tried to adjust the belt from loose to tight still have the wine. they say they hear it before adjustment and don't hear it after.but it is still there. dose any one have any similar problems or an an idea what it could be? thanks

You may not ever be able to cure the noise completely. It's just the nature of the beast, something you have to deal with with a belt drive. Some notice it others don't. As long as the belt is adjusted per the specs published in the service manual, and the wheel is tracking properly, you shouldn't have any problems (other than noise!)

How many miles are on the bike? Some have reported the noise goes away after a few thousand miles.

It has just over 14000 miles. someone else told me this but the noise is so loud i was hoping it was something i could fix. Thanks Romans5.8

Try spraying it with wd 40, a silica spray,(preferrable) or similiar

Have used it several times on the Roadsta,r1st belt I took off at 114,000 kilometres, 2nd belt is still on at 208,560 kilometres, the 1st is a good spare.

You might try glass beading the belt contact area on bought pulleys. Some times they get some road films on them and squeak as they make contact to the pulley. Clean it off and reassemble as to belt specs.

WD-40 is not a lubricant. It's a water dispersant. If it worked, it probably worked because WD-40 has an uncanny ability to suck it grime, dust, and moisture and become really sticky and gummy (from the dust) as it dries. That may have quieted it down just by creating a layer of 'gunk' as an insulator.

have you checked to make certain the wheels and sprockets are properly aligned? I know nothing about belts, I have a 1600 w shaft drive, but it seems to me that would be something to check.
