Default Balancing the beast

Anybody know how the 2053 in the V2K is balanced? Is it rubber mounted? I've tracked a vibration to the motor, but I don't know where to look from there. Somebody said the rubber in the mounts might have hardened, but I don't see any rubber in the diagrams I've looked at.

The v2k is balanced with two counter balancce shafts as seen in this picture with the chain around them. They must be in time. The engine is NOT rubber mounted.
