Sorry Rob,
But; you are off on this one.
Pay a little attention to the Dems and you will see way more racist comments than you will find with the Republicans. "He is the first clean, articulate African American candidate..."
Care to guess who said that?
The phrase about African Americans being on the Democrats plantation is also not inherently racist.
Yes, it does intentionally carry a level of discomfort, and it does invoke imagery of America's shameful past in regards to race.
But it does not, on any level, intend harm or judgement on anyone based soley on race.
Dems depend on (and get) the AA vote every election; and the only thing they give back is fear of racist conservatives.
I for one am tire of being told that if I use the word Chicago I am somehow using a racist code word. Same thing for welfare. Did you know that when Romney mentioned his sons in one of the debates; it was really a racist code word meant to demean O?
All of this BS race baiting and fear mongering of the Dems is merely a way to purchase the AA vote; VERY CHEAPLY.
Rich (mostly white) guys taking from African Americans and giving nothing back???? Sounds a bit like a plantation to me.
