Well, for the young, new voters who are too young to know about our country and its foundlings and principles, and too young to know about work- the hard work it takes to carve a life for yourself, and later for your families, I think it mostly comes down to doing what your peers are doing and tweeting. Vote for the popular, cool guy, just like in high school! Don't worry about that the Supreme Court is already stacked with liberal, left wing socialists, and the re-elected president will get to appoint two more of these idiots before he's done. Don't own a gun yet? Don't worry, the 2nd amendment (google it, you cool, smart kids) will soon be removed as one of your rights. Nobody will be able to have guns, so you won't be missing anything.
Worried about the devastating effects of hurricane Sandy, with estimates of over 20 billion dollars in damages? Well, the 90 billion that obama gave to his cronies in the green energy jobs field, all of which have failed, would have paid for over four such hurricanes.
How many people voted for him just because he is black? I'm sure it was many times more than those who would not vote for a black man. But it would be the former group, not the latter who always cry "racism"!
How many truly worry that a woman's right to murder her own baby is in jeopardy, and voted to protect that right? Not too many, I suspect, but it sure sounds cool to tell others that that's why you voted the way you did. (Hey, maybe it will get you laid, kid!)
And how many others simply voted for their handouts? The group that defines the Democratic Party. The group that the party caters to, nurtures, and protects at all costs, and I mean ALL COSTS, just so these few hundred fat-ass Democrats can perpetually keep their cushy seats in congress at the expense of this entire nation's bankruptcy and demise.

I am usually pretty adamant about congratulating all of my left leaning friends; if an election goes their way.
I cannot in good faith do it this time.
I don't feel animosity towards those who voted for issues that they are passionate about.
I do think that a large portion of the electorate voted without understanding either side of the important issues.
If the next four years of leadership from the White House are similar to the last four years. This country will be so fiscally damaged that I do not believe we will ever be able to recover the economic opportunities that our fore-bearers gave us.
I can congratulate someone when they win. I cannot congratulate anyone, when we all lose.

Oh comrade, quit your whining! The Chosen One has the solution! I fully expect before the next election (if there is one) that the United Socialist States of America will blossom into all it can be - assuming that China will finance it. It is a new dawn, time to double down as a loyal proletariat, work harder, longer, to support those that The Chosen One has deemed in need of the fruits of our labor!
