A buddy of mine ordered Chucksters risers for his Suzuki C50, and I didn't realize it from his website, but I guess they're just spacers that go underneath the stock risers to lift them up a little bit. I'd be willing to bet this could work so long as you don't go too high for the bolts.

I have a buddy with a set of Chucksters risers on a Voyager, he loves them but says you can get very slight contact with the dash at full turn. I haven't seen them in person yet but I might be ordering a set after I do.
