What is a good phone charger for a bike??

You can buy USB chargers that are fused and connect straight to the battery.

Not recommended for a permanent charge (like a perm mounted GPS), but tis ok for something like cell phone charging while on the road.

I have the TAPP Lite, it works with anything that charges with a USB cord. You need to sacrifice one USB cord because it will be semi-permanently mounted to the TAPP lite unit (using electrical tape and a special 'shoe' that goes around it). This keeps it completely waterproof. You could then run the other end of the USB cord into a saddlebag or (what I do) into a tank bib. I don't charge my phone when it's raining because the tank bib isn't waterproof, but when it's dry I can stick my phone in there and charge it. Works well! It has an inline fuse so I have it direct to the battery, but you could also wire it into an ignition lead so that it'll shut off with a key.
