This is what the before and after looks like and sounds like. Drilled my pipes means the 8 holes around the outside. The plug removed means I took a 7/8 hole say with an extension and put it up inside the baffle about 6 or 7 inches and drilled the solid plug out.(start bike after you drill each one and the thin round piece of metal will shoot out. It made a tonne of difference I absolutely love it. Not too loud and not too quiet.
If you like the look of the large black piece of metal in the end of your exhaust thats held there by the three rivets , then just drill the plug out and dont drill the 8 holes around the baffle. I've heard pipes that only had that done and it was about the same as mine..Hope this helps

When you say you drilled your pipes and the plug removed, what difference did it make for you? What did you have to do...just drill the rivets?
