I got it to work. I can take some pictures and post them in the thread. Keep an eye out. I was really confused because I couldn't find the license plate running light so was not sure what to do with those wires. Those are pretty crappy instructions! haha.

I have not hooked it up yet. I wish Low and Mean showed more online how they wired it rather than just how to take the seat off and mount the hardware. The hard part is wiring for most, not screwing in bolts. I will let you know if I hook it up this weekend. Let me know if you figure it out and maybe post a brief description which wires go to what. Thanks
