Hey, evodog. I just saw that you had sent me a message. I got the ELFR-1 but I only changed out the back signals to LED's. I bet if you contacted customled they may be able to help you out with the diode question. I know that the old relay is load based and that the replacement is electronic but I have no clue what would happen if you used it with a 4 signals being changed. Sorry I'm not much more help and that I didn't get back to you sooner.

did you get the ELFR-1 ??? I'm changing all 4 turn signal to LED.
Also after you add on the flasher relay, do you still need to add diode to the turn signal indicator light? so the power dont bleed through and make all 4 turn signal on at the same time when you hit left or right ?? please let me know how you did everything together. thank you so much.
