There was a link that I wanted to add to the thread that I think might be helpful to others, as it was definitely helpful to me and I can say after doing the first 2 mods listed in the article, my problems have all but disappeared. http://weislake.com/sig/mucker/carb/...transition.pdf is the link to the article I referenced. Along with these mods, I have also swapped out emulsion tube and needle jet colar for HD parts, running with HD N65C needle, 170mj and 51pj on a 2004 1500 classic w/ hypercharger and DD 3" straight shot drag pipes (1.75"id) w/ anti-reversion cones. Please feel free to post any of this if you wish.

Hey are you in WA? I was planning on doing some rides out to north Idaho through Spokane next spring and summer. I'm always looking for people to ride or stop and grab a bite and bs with.
