Hello Sfair, sorry to bother you.
I need to ask if this fuel pump will fit my vn900 2009 custom

The seller said if my actual pump is UC-T30 it will work, but mine is UC-T35.
The bike models they mention use same pump as mine, this is according to kawasaki site, they all use same part number, dont know what to do. I'm still testing fuses and relays, after that pump is coming out to see in what condition it is, I suspect is dirty.

Your help will be much appreciated.

I have a picture of the assembly, but it doesn't have the detail of the holes. Are you referring to the two holes in the bottom of the clutch lever assembly that are covered/uncovered by operation of the lever?

Note that all is well until 15 minutes into the ride - then it slips. As I understand, this symptom describes the problem you're suggesting I fix. I was wondering if I was better off getting a rebuild kit from Amazon as well as clearing one of those holes.

You had a post about 3 years ago that talked about rebuilding the master cylinder in a 1500 clutch. I've got the same problem as the OP, after a 15 minute ride (in 100* heat) I get no clutch engagement. Brand new friction plates, brand new steel plates, brand new meanie spring and Judges washers (plus, I'm using the same oil I've always used, the Rotella Dino stuff).

Can you point me to a spot where I can find out how to rebuild that master cylinder?

Do you have any wiring diagrams? My book doesn't have my bikes and I think it's killing me trying to diagnose these electrical issues

No, I am really having a hard time. I need your help. I have the Service Manual. I have checked the entire fuel pump circuit. I get power into the ECU but nothing goes to the fuel pump relay. What can me stopping it?

Sfair, I have worn splines on the output shaft and front pulley of my 07 VN900. Replaced the pulley with a new one and there is no looseness, but I did see wear on the output shaft splines none-the-less. So, before having the engine pulled apart to replace the shaft, I am wondering if you have ever tried any of the spine shaft repair products on the market. Specifically, AMS Machinable Repair Compound and their Spline Shaft Reair Kit. Is this worth a try or snake oil? Thanks for your time, Robert
