Swing arm removal tips?

Need to remove the swing arm for lubrication NV900. I have followed the manual and am down to removing the brake line from the swing arm removing the swing arm pin and lowering the swing arm.

Any suggestions on how to prevent brake fluid from leaking all over the place when removing the brake line?

Tips for one person to remove pin and lower the swing arm? This looks like a fair bit of weight to try and hold while pulling the pin. Also tips for installing the swing arm i.e. how to get it lined up for inserting the pin etc. with one person.

I am handy but no mechanic, looking for some tips, the manual does not provide a lot of detail for the occasional weekend mechanic like myself. I have scoured youtube but can't find anything useful on swingarm removal installation.
