Hello, all! I've been scouring this forum, among many other forums/sites, and soaking up all kind of information bout all sorts of things! I'm 21 and never rode a street bike before. I live in central Texas and I recently purchased a 2001 Vulcan 800 classic. It needs some work and my work is certainly cut out for me. I've been learning a lot about electrical systems and engines since I've started working on this thing, but it's gonna be so worth it it when I finally get it road ready!
Welcome aboard, if you say you are young and dumb you are on the right track, especially at 21, i would have never admitted that back then....ride on....
Thanks, and yeah.. I'm one of the few that are aware I don't know everything. I can be pretty stubborn, but I'm always willing to learn! Which i'd like to know as much as possible bout my bike from the dumbly obvious to all the technical specs. Same about biking in general, honestly
Thanks, everyone! I'm glad to have finally signed up after about of a month of reading
