Did a search and came up with a couple of Oklahoma riders, most of which appear to be from several years back. Surely we have some riders around the Oklahoma area on the forum? Show of hands if you're from this area.

I'm not far from the OK-Ark border in West Central Ark. It doesn't look like too many Ok or Ark riders are very active here.

BTW: there's a ride from Ft. Smith to Norman on April 26. The ride is to escort the Gen. Darby memorial statue back to Ft. Smith for the install/dedication of the ceremony during the Steel Horse Rally https://www.facebook.com/events/534363026720611/ Hopefully posting that link will not violate any board rules or hijack the thread. The ride might give Ok riders a reason to ride and make the rally with the group.

The rally info can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/TheSteelHorseRally

Nice. I was just up in Hot Springs and Eureka Springs last weekend with a buddy from work. And thanks for that info. I'll try and see if I can join the ride. Haven't found many active rider posts from Oklahoma yet but if I come across some, I'll sure mention it and see if we can get more riders.

Welcome aboard! I've personally never ridden in a group myself either. Usually with a buddy or two every so often. Most of the time, it's me by myself or with my wife on the back. Usually ride long distance. A good day of riding to me is 500 - 750 miles :smile2:

Altus here about 50 mins west of Lawton/ Fort. Sill
Hi there and Welcome aboard! Go through Altus quite regularly on the way to Amarillo or beyond. Let me know if you're ever in the Lawton area.
