Ah, you got to get a shot further back to see the the whole bike.
Blue seems to be a good choice of colour.

LEDs

Well Sarge, its like this!! The Bike rally wanted between $250-300 to install a few lights on the bike and thats insane to me. I am into electronics myself and installed these from Advanced Auto for $55.00, one set of 12" blue strips and one set of 4" white strips. Super easy to install and wire up, maybe 30 minutes including wiring, I will take some better pictures of the whole bike at night, PS-Hope you win BOTM, love your bike!!

I bet they were from China, he just paid a middle man.

Are you just going to light up the engine or do you have plans to do other stuff as well?

i ordered all my lights from china 24" strips under tank, fenders, followed bag mounting rails, along front of air box with 12", along frame next to battery 12", 2 12" under trunk, All in blue, installed new rad grill with 2 amber strips on sides 12", installed 2 red strips 12" along chrome rear, So far. i am considering installing light pods 37.00 ebay for
10 of em thay will go 1 under fork tree, 1 on each side of swing arm, 4 under bike.
i bought off e-bay heat shrink tube 20' of 5 sizes and covered all wire, i installed 4 led switches in right knee pocket of fairing, installed 12vs relay to power on with key, the switch colors are red rear, bule bike, amber front, green will be for gps power and usb charging the green will have power all the time, the lights i have installed so far is still under 1.5 amps. i took the power to feed relay off battery with a fused battery tender cord as the secondary power, the pri power i used bike running light to power the relay
i installed 7 strand 14 guage wire with wire armor sleave to power the switches, this way the cord runs power up to switches then it all comes back under the seat behind battery box to power all lighting on each color.
