I highly doubt OEM is Rotella since Rotella doesn't make a Motorcycle specific oil, not even sure Shell does and that's who makes Rotella.
Shell makes four formulations of 4-stroke motorcycle oil, not counting their racing oils. Makes you wonder why riders say they love Shell, but only love their diesel oil.

Agreed, I'm all for finding lower cost items but when lower cost could become higher in the end then your just defeating the purpose.

Love Rotella in my diesel's just not my bike.
