:grin2:First day out on new Vulcan S, noticed hot air blowing on left ankle at stops. Granted, I should have been wearing boots instead of work shoes and ankle high socks. But a couple of times it was pretty unbearable:excruciating:. Anyone else? Any remedy, shielding?
Thanks, pansolo. Way more than 80 blowing off the radiator. Even in boots, eventually in San Antonio traffic, a foot would be cooked. Always like to check before I reinvent the wheel.
?????....almost 6,000 on mine now and I have never noticed any heat issues on my feet. The only heat I have felt is a low speeds the draft up between my legs...but it is more of a welcomed heat especially in colder weather.
How is your bike setup, Reduced Reach, Mid or Extended. Just trying to get some idea as to why one would feel it and not another.
FireWire, any mods or anything added? Like Furbear said, I only notice the hot air directed back and then up around the seat. But I have midreach controls.
